Supply and payment
All prices understand themselves including the
gesetztlich valid value added tax zzgl. forwarding expenses. One
supplies against vorkasse, by surname and credit card payment.
Outside of Germany only by vorkasse and credit card payment.
We send away by post office or Hermes dispatch. The
customer can decide whether it an insured supply for 3,90 euro or a
briefsendung for 2,20 euro wishes.
Starting from a purchase order value of 70 euro we send
away forwarding expenses-free.
With orders by cash on delivery additionally a collection
fee is computed by 2,00 EUR. If ordered commodity is accepted or
is not fetched not at the post office, arisen costs are passed on to
the orderer. You the postman continues to compute a transmission
fee of 2,00 EUR with delivery of the consignment of goods.
Within Europe dispatch we the commodity depending upon weight, between 4,50 euro and 9.00 euro. Supplies in the USA and other overseas countries cost 12.90 euro.
Of course you can fetch your orders with us directly in
Wiesbaden according to date agreement.
Delivery times
The agreed upon time for delivery begins with the
date of the confirmation of order.
The delivery time amounts to 2-3 working-days within Germany.
In the case of supplies within the European Union to maximally
10-12 working-days.
With vorkasse the delivery time begins after receipt of the
invoice amount on our account.
If the disregard of a supply or a leistungsfrist is to due to
higher force, labor disputes, unforeseeable obstacles or other
circumstances which can be represented from us not, the period is
extended appropriately.
During disregard of the time for delivery from others than the
o. g. reasons the buyer is entitled to in writing set an appropriate
respite with refusal menace and withdraw after their unsuccessful
operational sequence regarding the supply in the contract or
achievement from the contract. |
